AI Enterprise Control Index License

The AI Enterprise Control Index is a governance assessment framework created by Jeroen Janssen, published by Apparens.

Framework scope

The framework comprises eight assessment artifacts (ART-01 through ART-08), seven maturity layers (L0 through L7), and five shields (S1 through S5), as described in The AI Accountability Trap (ISBN 9798252058993).

License

Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

You are free to share and reference the framework for non-commercial purposes, provided you give appropriate credit to Apparens.

Commercial use

Commercial use requires a separate license. This includes but is not limited to:

• Consulting or advisory services based on the Index
• Integration into software products or platforms
• Training programs or certification schemes derived from the Index
• Resale or redistribution in any form
